Just wanted to start by simply saying, we miss you!! Xx

You've always been like our extended family, when we need help you've always been there, even if 
your being bombarded by the kids (who adored you all) with 9 million questions you treated them with 
kindness and patience. 

The kids wanted to talk to you, so we will be sending up some lanterns with letters on them. I have assured
them that you'll keep an eye out for them, and as soon as you see them you'll grab a comfy cloud, a brew and snuggle
down to read them.
